A Master’s degree holder in Commerce and Bachelor of Education, he brings over 8 years of experience as a professor, coupled with a rich lineage of farming and traditional Ayurvedic medicine.
Hailing from a family of farmers and Vaidyas, D. Rajesh is the grandson of the late Vaidya D. Ganpatrao, a renowned Nadi Vaidya(expertise in Neurology).He left his teaching career to support farmers and provide traditional medical support to communities, leveraging his 34+ years of experience in retail, Ayurveda, agriculture, and dairy.
With a proven track record of scaling consumer-centric businesses across India, D. Rajesh has led P&L operations and portfolio transformations, driving 20-30% year-on-year revenue growth. He has collaborated with Samruddhi Milk and Milk product and launched AARYA VEDIC brands, ghee and other dairy products also spearheaded a sustainable dairy initiative, combining traditional farming practices with modern technology to enhance farmers’ lives.
As a pioneer, he introduced cannabis-based medicines to the Indian market through Hemp Street Medicare, partnering with 8000 Ayurveda practitioners and 2000 clinics nationwide. At Mera Kisan (Mahindra Agri Solutions Limited), he launched organic food products, directly engaging with 10,000 farmers and initiating organic farming programs to boost their profitability and sustainability.

Abhijeet Auti is a seasoned entrepreneur with a strong academic and professional foundation across engineering, pharmaceuticals, and business management. He holds an M.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunication, a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, and an MBA in Marketing, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of technology-driven and market-oriented enterprises.
He began his professional journey in academia, serving as a professor, where he developed a disciplined approach to research, innovation, and leadership. His academic experience continues to influence his strategic thinking and structured execution in business.
Driven by a deep interest in traditional healthcare systems, Abhijeet explored Ayurveda and has since made notable contributions to the sector. He is the founder of the well-recognized Ayurvedic brand Actimed India, which has established a strong presence across India. His expertise in manufacturing and product development is further reflected in his FMCG venture, Happen well India.
In addition to his business pursuits, Abhijeet is deeply committed to social development. Through AUTI Group, he expanded into the real estate sector with the objective of providing affordable housing. As a result, over 17,000 families have gained access to safe and affordable homes.
